- 20 Pacific Razor Clams
- 2 Zucchini
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp thyme (chopped)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Cut open the razor clams, remove the meat and put in cold water.
2.
Rinse and trim the zucchini, cut lengthwise into thin slices and sprinkle with salt. Infuse for about 15 minutes, then dab with a towel to remove excess water and season with pepper, garlic and thyme.
3.
Remove the mussel meat from the water, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
4.
Thread the clams on skewers, wrap each with a zucchini slice and secure with a toothpick.
5.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the clam kebabs over medium heat until golden.
6.
Drain on paper towels and arrange on a serving plate.
