600 grams mixed Ground meat
3 garlic cloves (pressed)
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
3 Tbsps Pastry flour
2 tsps ground paprika
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 small Zucchini
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 garlic clove (pressed)
1 tsp dried thyme

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, mix ground meat, 3 pressed garlic cloves, chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon pastry flour and 1 teaspoon paprika. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Mix together remaining flour and paprika in a deep dish. Form meat mixture into small meatballs and dredge in flour mixture.

Rinse, trim and cut zucchini into thick slices. In a bowl, mix together 1 pressed garlic clove, olive oil and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Add zucchini slices.

4.

Alternately thread meatballs and zucchini onto 4 metal skewers. Grill 10 to 15 minutes, occasionally brushing with remaining oil-marinade.
