Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, trim and slice lengthwise into thin slices. Blanch in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain and pat dry.

Wrap each shrimp in a zucchini slice, season with salt and pepper and thread onto a small skewer. Serve garnished with lime halves.
