1 bunch parsley
1 bunch Dill
200 grams Feta
peppers (from the mill)
½ tsp ground paprika
2 Filo dough (Turkish flatbread)
1 egg white
500 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the parsley and dill. Pat dry and finely chop. Crumble the cheese and mix with the herbs. Season with pepper and paprika.

2.

Unfold the Yufkateigblatt (Turkish flatbread) with a sharp knife and cut into quarters. Cut each quarter into 3 equal triangles. Spread the herb and cheese mixture on top. Fold each triangle together. Coat the edges with egg white and roll lightly. 

3.

In a wide pot, heat the frying oil and fry until golden brown. Fry each roll for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
