- 4 fish fillets (such as Pangasius, each 150 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Lime (juiced and zested)
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 grams smoked Bacon (cubed)
- 60 grams butter
- 2 Tbsps Caper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lime juice. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Rinse the rosemary and shake dry. Peel the garlic and finely chop.

Brown the bacon in a frying pan. Add the fish and cook on both sides until golden brown. Reduce the heat to low, add butter, capers, garlic, lime zest and rosemary and simmer until done, 7-10 minutes, turning the fish occasionallly. Serve on warmed plates.
