- 600 starchy potatoes
- salt
- 150 grams Peas
- 200 grams fish fillets (such as cod)
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- Nutmeg
- 150 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes and boil in salted water for about 30 minutes until done. Drain potatoes, peel and press through ricer. Blanch peas in salted water for about 2 minutes and drain and add to potatoes. Rinse fish, pat dry and chop into small pieces. Add 1 egg and parsley to potato mixture and season with salt and nutmeg. Stir together until mixture sticks together.

Shape into small patties and coat with flour. Whisk 1 egg and dip patties in egg. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry each about 3-4 minutes on both sides in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve.
