800 grams Salmon (ready to cook, skinless)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 Tbsp Horseradish (from a jar)
100 grams White bread crumbs
salt
1 splash lemon juice
peppers
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse salmon, pat dry and chop coarsely. Finely shred in a food processor.  

2.

Add eggs, herbs and horseradish to fish together with enough breadcrumbs to make malleable mixture. Season with salt, lemon juice and pepper and make 16-20 small patties. 

3.

Coat with remaining breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with dips, if desired.
