3 Tbsps Coconut flakes
2 centiliters Coconut liqueur

Preparation steps

1.

Peel pineapple and cut into quarters. Cut out the core and cut the pineapple into bite-size pieces.

Peel the mango, cut from the pit and dice.

3.

Peel papaya, cut in half, remove seeds with a spoon and dice. Combine all fruit in a bowl and mix with lime juice, sugar and coconut liqueur. Let sit for approximately 20 minutes. Drain salad if desired, then sprinkle with coconut flakes.

4.

Garnish with pineapple leaves, if desired, and serve.
