- 18 ozs Rambutan
- 1 ripe Pineapple
- 1 Orange
- 9 ozs Mascarpone
- 7 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsps Pecan
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and remove the rambutan from the core.
2.
Peel, quarter, remove the stalk and cut the pineapple into bite-size pieces.
3.
Rinse the orange, rub the peel and squeeze the juice. Mix the orange juice and orange zest with the mascarpone.
4.
Whip the cream and powdered sugar. Fold into the mascarpone and chill.
5.
Mix the fruit and serve with the mascarpone cream, sprinkled with pecans.
