100 grams Gooseberry
100 grams Blackberry
2 small Banana
2 Tbsps lemon juice
200 grams Whipped cream
5 centiliters Coconut syrup
4 centiliters white Rum
2 Tbsps Shredded coconut
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg

Preparation steps

1.

Slice pineapples lengthwise with greens attached, remove flesh and cut the flesh into small cubes. Rinse and pat dry berries. Peel bananas, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2.

Beat cream until stiff and stir in the coconut syrup.

3.

Mix rum with pineapple, bananas and half of the berries and pour fruit into the pineapple halves.

4.

Arrange the pineapple halves on large dessert plates and garnish with remaining berries. Spread the coconut cream over pineapples and sprinkle with coconut, cinnamon and nutmeg.
