Exotic Fruit Salad
Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the core. Peel papaya, halve and scrape out the seeds. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard core. Dice mango, papaya and pineapple or cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Peel the lychees, remove core and cut in half.
Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape out the marrow. Combine the lemon juice and agave syrup and mix with the whole fruit. If desired serve in hollowed pineapple.
