Preparation steps

1.

Peel the avocado and slice into wedges. Peel and slice the papaya. Rinse and chop the lettuce. Rinse and cut the tomatoes into eighths.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Separately, mix the vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add sugar to taste and drizzle over the salad. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan and sprinkle over the salad before serving.
