2 Tbsps Fresh herbs (i.e. parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano)
1 generous pinch lemon zest

Preparation steps

For the butter: Beat the butter until smooth. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press into the butter. Add the herbs, lemon zest, salt and pepper and mix everything.

For the bread: Slice the baguette. Brush with the herb butter. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook briefly under the broiler.
