- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Fresh herbs (Parsley, chervil, chives)
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Flowers of the nasturtium (red and yellow)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Season the butter with salt and pepper, and mix until creamy. Mix in the herbs, flowers, and lemon juice. Pass the garlic through a press, and stir into the butter.

Form into a roll, wrap in aluminum foil or plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
