- 1 cup whole almonds (finely chopped)
- ½ cup finely chopped Walnut
- ½ cup toasted, mixed Seed (such as sunflower, pumpkin and sesame)
- ½ cup chopped Dried dates
- ¼ cup Shredded coconut
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 ozs plain Dark chocolate (chopped)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Fine grater, 1 Large knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/350°F/gas 4. Grease and line a 23cm shallow square baking tin.

Put the almonds, walnuts, mixed seeds, dates, coconut, and oats into a bowl and mix together. Put the honey into a small pan with the vanilla and heat gently until hot. Pour onto the nut mixture. Stir very thoroughly. Spread the mixture in the tin and press down evenly.

Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and mark into bars.

When cold cut into bars. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot but not boiilng water. Using a teaspoon drizzle the chocolate over the bars. Leave to set.
