1 lemon
3 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Remove outer cabbage leaves, cut cabbage head into quarters, core and cut crosswise into strips.

Bring salted water to a boil and cook cabbage and cut into quarters lemon for about 5 minutes. Drain and remove lemon.

3.

Heat butter in a pot and saute cabbage for about 5 minutes. Add cream, lemon juice and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Reduce slightly.

4.

Cut baguette into slices and toast.

5.

Top toasted bread slices with savoy and serve hot or warm.
