¼ Melon (such as Cantaloupe)
1 Lime (juiced)
1 Tbsp honey
½ tsp Szechuan pepper
1 tsp peppercorns
250 grams Raspberries
2 sprigs Basil
200 grams cream cheese (with yogurt)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the broiler.

Place the bread on a wire rack, place in the oven, and toast on both sides until crispy. Remove from the oven and cool briefly. 

3.

Peel the lemon, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces. Mix the lime juice with the honey. Add the melon, szechuan peppers, and pink pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined. Rinse the basil and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and coarsely chop. 

4.

Spread the bread with the cream cheese. Top with the melon mixture and the raspberries. Garnish with the basil and serve.
