- For tapenade
- 150 grams black pitted Olives
- 2 pickled Anchovy fillet
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves
- rosemary (1 tsp fresh)
- thyme (1 tsp fresh)
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- For crostini
- 16 Baguette (or ciabatta)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, dry, and finely chop anchovies. Stem chile pepper and puree with olives, herbs, garlic, and capers. Gradually drizzle in olive oil. Season with lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the anchovies.
2.
Toast bread slices in the toaster. Spread each slice with tapenade and serve.
