- 1 small red Bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- salt

- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- ½ Baguette
- 500 grams King prawn
- 1 red chili pepper
- lemon juice (for drizzling)

Preparation steps

Rinse and peel the peppers. Halve, and remove the stalk and seeds. Cut into 2-3 cm (approximately 3/4- 1 1/4 inch) pieces. Rinse and halve the chili. Remove the seeds and julienne.

Peel the garlic and thinly slice. Cut the baguette into 5 mm (approximately 1/4inch) slices and toast until golden brown. Heal the oil and sauté the bell peppers, chili, and garlic. Add the shrimp in batches, and cook on both sides.
3.
Remove from the heat, and place the mixture on top of the toasted bread slice. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice.
