- ½ cup Coconut oil
- 2 ¼ cups light brown sugar
- ½ cup Almond milk
- ¾ cup creamy Peanut butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
Preparation steps

Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil. Stir in the brown sugar and almond milk. Bring mixture to a rolling boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat source. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.

Place confectioners' sugar in a large bowl, pour peanut butter mixture over the confectioners' sugar and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into prepared baking dish. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares. Serve.
