1 Bring 90 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water to boil in a small pot. Stir in couscous, cover and let stand for about 3 minutes.
2 Rinse peach, wipe dry, halve, pit and chop coarsely.
3 Mix peach pieces, apple juice and oil into the couscous and puree with an immersion blender. If the porridge is very thick, stir in some more apple juice. Check temperature before feeding.
