1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Non-stick pan mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Box grater, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

1.
Pour the hot apple juice over the couscous and let the couscous absorb the juice for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place the pears in a pot with the honey, lemon juice and cinnamon and bring to a boil.
3.
Remove from the heat and mix in with the couscous.
4.
Serve in bowls garnished with mint leaves.
