- 2 Tomatoes (peeled and diced)
- 3 ripe Peaches (peeled and diced)
- 2 sprigs Verbena (leaves chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 4 cups natural Yogurt
- ⅞ cup vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- sugar
- 4 King prawn (ready-to-eat, peeled, entrails removed)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the tomatoes, peaches, verbena and chillies and divided between four bowls.
2.
Mix together the yogurt, stock and the lemon juice and season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar.
3.
Season the prawns with salt and ground black pepper and fry in hot oil on all sides on a high heat. Add the yogurt mixture to the bowls and serve garnished with a prawn.
