Cut several slices from the end of one of the cucumbers and set aside for the garnish.
2.
Peel the remaining cucumber, cut them in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Roughly chop the cucumber flesh.
3.
Pass the chopped cucumber and apple through a vegetable juicer and serve the juice in glasses garnished with the cucumber slices.
