- 4 tsps Matcha tea powder
- ¾ oz coconut sugar (2 TBSP.)
- 18 ozs chilled naturally cloudy Apple juice
- 18 ozs cold water
- Crushed ice
- 4 mint

Preparation steps
1.
Squeeze limes and mix the juice with matcha tea powder and coconut blossom sugar. Add apple juice, fill with 18 ounces of well chilled water and mix.
2.
Divide among 4 glasses and add crushed ice to each glass. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves, garnish drinks with it and serve.
