Coconut Curry Sauce
- 50 grams Instant coconut cream powder (from the bag)
- 75 milliliters water
- 1 chopped shallot
- 1 vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Curry powder
- 1 red chili pepper
- 50 grams Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Mix the instant coconut powder with 75 ml (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) of the water. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the shallots briefly, and sprinkle with the curry powder. Thinly slice the chile, then add to the pan.
Add the coconut milk and the cream to the pan. Simmer the mixture until slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
