- 6 cups young Spinach
- 4 red Apple (cored and cubed)
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 1 stick Celery (cut into chunks)
- ½ Red onion (thinly sliced)
- ⅔ cup Mayonnaise

- 4 Tbsps coarsely chopped Walnut
Preparation steps

Place the spinach in a large salad bowl. Add the apple cubes, lemon juice, celery and onion and mix together.
