Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Bowl, 1 Fork, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Toaster, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Box grater
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the ingredients for the pizza bases together to make a dough. You may need to add a little more water. Turn onto a floured board, knead for 5 minutes then return to the bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
2.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and gently cook the onion until soft but not brown. Add the garlic and tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Heat the oven to 220ºC (200º fan) 425ºF, gas 7. Turn the dough onto a floured board, knead for about 2 minutes and shape into 2 pizza bases. Place on greased cookie sheets.
4.
Spread the tomato mixture onto the pizzas, lay on the anchovies, mozzarella and spinach and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
