2 small onions
1 Tbsp clarified butter
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the potatoes into slices. Peel the onions and cut into strips.

Heat the butter with the oil in a large skillet (preferably coated).

Gently place the potatoes in the fat and fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. From time to time, separate with a spatula to prevent them sticking together.

3.

Add the onions and fry for another 5 minutes until crispy.

Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
