- 5 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 slice Whole Wheat Toast
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- wafer-thin dark Chocolate (minimum 50% cocoa content)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel mango half and cut the flesh into slices, then cut into fine dice.

Combine diced mango with the yogurt and honey in a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender.
3.
Toast the bread, spread with margarine and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Distribute chocolate on top and serve with the mango smoothie.
