1 large ripe Mango
1 small Grapefruit
1 Lime
1 fresh ginger (2-3 cm large pieces)
Ice cubes
1 Tbsp honey
cold mineral water (for filling)
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the stone. Corasely dice the mango, place in a flat dish, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. 

2.

Halve the lime and the grapefruit, and squeeze the juice from both.

Peel the ginger and coarsely chop.

4.

Puree the mango, grapefruit, lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender. Add the honey, and ginger to the blender. Pass the garlic through a press into the blender, and puree the mixture completely. 

5.

Pour the mango into two glasses. Fill with the mineral water, to taste, and stir to combine. Garnish with the mint and lime wedges, and serve.
