1 sm can Kidney beans (400 grams)
1 sm can blanched Tomatoes (400 grams)
500 milliliters Beef broth (Instant)
1 tsp Chili powder
4 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until translucent. Add ground meat, fry for about 8 minutes until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Pour beans and tomatoes, with liquid from the can, into a pot. Add tomatoes to the pot, stir and mash slightly with a fork. Add broth to the pot and bring to a boil.

Add ground meat mixture to the pot, stir and season with salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.

Serve chili con carne in a bowl with sour cream with tortilla chips.
