- 4 Chicken breasts (about 150 grams)
- 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 splash lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips. Rinse the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Brown the chicken in hot olive oil until golden brown on all sides, about 3 minutes, add honey, ginger, garlic and tomatoes and saute for about 3 minutes, until the skin of the tomato bursts. Stir in balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange on warmed plates. Serve with sprinkled with basil leaves.
