4 Chicken breasts (each 100 g)
100 grams Arugula
400 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
50 grams black, pitted Olives

1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente.

2.

Meanwhile, rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Cut into strips. Rinse, trim and pluck the rocket. Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Slice the olives in half and cut into strips.

Drain the pasta, taking care to collect some cooking water. Rinse half a lemon and pat dry. Rub around the rim of the bowl.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips with the garlic for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Mix the spaghetti with some cooking water and the chicken-garlic mixture. Arrange with the arugula, olives, tomatoes and lemon zest in the bowl.

Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
