- 4 Taco shells (about 50 g)
- 2 small Romaine lettuce
- 1 red onion
- lemons
- 40 grams Cheddar cheese
- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 120 g)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Chili sauce sweet and spicy)
- cayenne pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Preparation steps
1.
Place the taco shells and bake in a preheated oven according to the package directions.

Rinse and dry the lettuce. Thinly slice the leaves. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Squeeze the lemon half. Grate the cheddar cheese.

Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in grill pan, add the chicken, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and set aside. Cut into cubes, and mix with the cayenne pepper, chili sauce, and 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.

Add the lettuce, chicken, and onions to the taco shells, then top with the cheddar cheese and chili flakes.
