- 3 Chicken breasts (each 160 grams)
- 60 grams Tandoori paste (Asia Download)
- 1 Mango (450 gram)
- 200 grams Cucumber
- 75 grams Frisée
- 12 slices Sandwich bread
- 60 grams soft butter
- 200 grams Mango chutney (from a jar)
Preparation steps

Brush chicken breast fillets with the tandoori paste. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven (200°C) (approximately 400°F) for 12 minutes. Remove and let cool. Then cut into thin slices.

Peel mango, cut the flesh from the pit and andslice thinly. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Trim, rinse and pat dry the Frisée and tear into small pieces. Brush half of the bread slices with butter and layer with the Frisée, cucumber, chicken and mango. Spread the remaining bread with mango chutney and place on top of the sandwich. Wrap sandwiches firmly in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours. Cut diagonally and serve.
