600 grams Chicken breasts
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 bunches scallions
2 cups Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
200 grams Feta
2 garlic cloves
salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into bite-size cubes. Thread three chicken pieces per skewer. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken kebabs on all sides for about 6 minutes, keep warm.

2.

Rinse and dry scallions, cut into thin rings.  Arrange two-thirds of scallions on plate. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press. 

3.

Combine yogurt, garlic, remaining scallions, crumbled feta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Place in small bowl.  Arrange chicken skewers on scattered scallions, serve accompanied by yogurt dip.
