Preparation steps

1.
Place the chocolate, sugar, cream and water in a small pan and heat gently until smooth and thick.
2.
Peel the banana, cut into slices and mix with the lemon juice - this will prevent the banana browning.
3.
Thread the banana, kiwi, strawberries and pineapple chunks onto wooden skewers and serve with the chocolate sauce.
