7 ozs Dark chocolate (broken into pieces)
0.333 cup sugar
½ cup cream (30% fat)
4 Tbsps water
2 Banana
lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
2 Kiwi (peeled and thickly sliced)
12 large Strawberries (halved)
½ small Pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into chunks)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 beschichtete Grill pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

1.
Place the chocolate, sugar, cream and water in a small pan and heat gently until smooth and thick.
2.
Peel the banana, cut into slices and mix with the lemon juice - this will prevent the banana browning.
3.
Thread the banana, kiwi, strawberries and pineapple chunks onto wooden skewers and serve with the chocolate sauce.
