- 12 mini Marshmallow
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ⅔ cup soft brown sugar
- ½ cup double cream
- wooden Skewer (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill to hot.
2.
Thread 3 marshmallows onto each skewer to make the brochettes.
3.
Prepare the caramel sauce by heating the butter and sugar together in a saucepan over a low heat until the sugar dissolves.
4.
Add the cream and continue to cook, simmering for 2-3 minutes until it starts to turn a dark golden brown colour. Remove from the heat.
5.
Grill the brochettes for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until the marshmallows are golden brown on the outside.
6.
Pour the caramel sauce into serving pots and serve with the brochettes.
