- 1 chicken (about 1.5 kg)
- 2 onions (diced)
- 600 milliliters Chicken broth
- 200 grams potatoes
- 200 grams Corn kernel
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 green chili peppers (chopped)
- salt
- 2 Tbsps ground paprika
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and skin chicken, then cut meat into small pieces. Place in a pot. Sprinkle in the onions.
2.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core and cut into quarters.
4.
Peel and chop garlic.
5.
Add potatoes to the pot and sprinkle with paprika. Put in the garlic, chile pepper and tomatoes, season with salt and cayenne pepper and pour in broth. Bring to boil, cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Then add corn and simmer another 10 min. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and thicken to taste with a little starch.
