1 Tbsp butter
600 milliliters Vegetable broth

300 milliliters milk
400 grams Corn (canned)

Preparation steps

1.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, and potatoes to the saucepan and saute briefly. Add vegetable stock, bring to a boil again, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add milk and corn to the saucepan and mix.

Cook for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately garnished with parsley.

3.

Serve with scones if desired.
