2 ripe Tomatoes
½ Lettuce
8 slices Bacon
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 eggs
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ chicken (cooked and cooled)
12 slices Toast
6 Tbsps Mayonnaise

Preparation steps

Step 1

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into thin slices. Rinse the lettuce leaves and spin dry.

Cook the bacon in a hot pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Heat the vegetable oil in a separate pan and fry the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and cover to keep warm.

Remove the meat from the chicken.

Cut into slices.

Toast the bread and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each slice. Top with 4 slices with a lettuce leaf, tomato slices and a few pieces of chicken. Place a second slice of toast on top and layer with lettuce, a fried egg and bacon. Top with the remaining toast slices.

Secure the sandwich with 4 toothpicks.
