- 6 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 6 ozs cooked Turkey
- 8 strips crispy Bacon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and sliced)
- 4 leaves Lettuce (Romaine, green leaf or iceberg)
- 4 slices fresh Tomatoes
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise.
2.
Divide turkey, bacon and sliced egg among two slices of bread, mayonnaise side up. Top with a slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Spread mayonnaise over the top of the bread and place a layer of lettuce and sliced tomato, season to taste with salt and pepper. Top each sandwich with the two remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down. Cut the sandwich diagonally in half and serve.
