- 12 slices Toast
- 200 grams Chicken breasts
- butter
- salt (and pepper)
- 2 Avocados
- 2 Tomatoes (peeled, quartered, cored)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- salt
- Coriander

Preparation steps
1.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan and fry chicken for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from the pan, let cool and cut into strips.

Mix a quarter of tomato, avocado, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco and some cilantro leaves in a blender.
3.
Cut remaining tomato into thin slices. Toast bread.
4.
Spread slices of toast with avocado mixture, cover six slices of toast with chicken breast, cover with tomato slices and top with remaining slices of toast. Serve immediately garnished with remaining cilantro leaves.
