300 grams fresh Sweet cherry
350 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
150 milliliters Whipped cream
50 grams powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse cherries, drain and remive pits. Puree 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) of cherries and mix well with yogurt, heavy cream, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour mixture into the ice cream machine to freeze for about 30-40 minutes until creamy. In the last 10 minutes add remaining cherries. To serve, scoop ice cream balls into small cups.
