Preparation steps

1.

Line 4 ramekins of about 150ml (approximately 1/2 cup) with plastic wrap and place in the freezer.

2.

Wash the cherries, pat them dry and remove the pits. Whip the cream. Mix the cherries with honey, cherry brandy, 200g (approximately 7 ounces) yoghurt and cream.

In the cold ramekins, fill and freeze for at least 2 hours. Meanwhile, wash and pat dry the mint.

3.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving. Decorate with around 10g (approximately 1/2 ounce) of yogurt on top of the ice cream.

Garnish with mint and dust with cinnamon to serve.
