250 grams Cherries
100 milliliters Whipped cream
3 Tbsps honey
4 Tbsps Cherry brandy (Or cherry juice)
240 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
4 leaves mint
cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Line 4 ramekins of about 150ml (approximately 1/2 cup) with plastic wrap and place in the freezer.

Wash the cherries, pat them dry and remove the pits. Whip the cream. Mix the cherries with honey, cherry brandy, 200g (approximately 7 ounces) yoghurt and cream.

In the cold ramekins, fill and freeze for at least 2 hours. Meanwhile, wash and pat dry the mint.

3.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving. Decorate with around 10g (approximately 1/2 ounce) of yogurt on top of the ice cream.

Garnish with mint and dust with cinnamon to serve.
