- 1 Multigrain bread (26 ounces)
- 3 pcs scallions
- 6 ozs Emmentaler cheese
- 3 ½ ozs Cheddar cheese
Preparation steps
Cut bread into diamond shape with a sharp knife, but do not cut through.
Clean the spring onions, wash and cut into thin rings. Cut cheese into small pieces.
Fill bread with cheese and spring onion and bake in preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for 20 minutes.
