- 500 grams Swiss chard
- 2 onions
- 3 butter
- 250 grams button Mushroom
- 200 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 6 eggs
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chard leaves, shake dry, trim ends and cut leaves and stems into strips.

Peel onion, chop finely and fry in butter. Trim mushrooms, cut into thick slices and fry until the liquid has evaporated.
3.
Add chard leaves and stems and sauté for about 8 minutes. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper to taste and pour over the chard. Cover and cook until the egg has thickened. Slice omelet and serve.
