- 50 grams Serrano ham (sliced)
- 50 grams Chorizo (sliced, Spanish chorizo)
- 1 Tbsp pickled caperberry
- For the shrimp
- 6 King prawn
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- For the garnish
- 80 grams Olives (big, green, stuffed with chile pepper, in a small jar)

Preparation steps
1.
For the meat, arrange Serrano ham and chorizo decoratively on a plate.
2.
For the shrimp, rinse about 6 king prawns and pat dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Fry shrimp on both sides in hot oil for about 4 minutes. Add garlic and fry for 1 additional minute. Arrange on plate and serve with green olives stuffed with chile peppers.
