For the salad
3.333 cups Cheese (e. g. Emmental or Gouda, diced)
2 cups red, seedless Grape (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps

1.
To make the dressing, mix together the juice with the mustard and yoghurt and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Mix the cheese and the grapes on a plate and serve drizzle with the dressing.
